Benefits of joining the VIP Club

The dog must be a fully grown adult
You must have visited at least 3 times and been charged the same amount (within £5) each time
You must keep your dog to an agreed grooming schedule which is appropriate for the amount of maintence you do at home and the dog's coat type
Your dog must not be aggressive

We work out how much your annual grooming bill is and divide it by 12
You pay this amount on the first of every month by standing order. You don't have to worry about a thing afteer that and anyone can drop off/collect your dog.
Your prices will be based on the prices that you are paying right now and will be frozen for 12 months, protecting you from the annual price increase on the 1st October
We will schedule your appointments 12 months in advance and ensure that your dog gets the very best attention whilst visiting
If either of us cannot make an appointment (holiday, sickness etc) just let me know and we'll move that appointment for you, all the others will stay the same
If you cancel an appointment without giving 48 hours notice (unless you or your dog are sick) or, you fail to show up for an appointment (known as a no show), then you will forfeit that months VIP payment and will have to pay the adhoc price for a replacement at the new price.

We can schedule maintenence or training days knowing it wont be an inconvenience to you
Clipped dogs are still 'in trim' which is far easier for both dog and groomer than one that has grown out
VIP dogs learn their routine extremely quickly and are a joy to handle
