It is the first time I have used Sarah to groom Meg my 3 Yr old Cavapoo and it won't be my last. Sarah's premises are professional, clean and secure. Sarah was great with Meg and exhibited all the C19 protocols when we attended. Sarah assessed Meg and phoned to advise the cost of grooming prior to commencing. She went at a pace that ensured Meg was comfortable so that Meg was not stressed. Meg came home looking better than I have ever seen her after any previous grooming. Whilst obviously pleased to be back Meg did not display any signs of stress from being with Sarah. No hard sell of grooming products just a full list of the ones used and where to get them. Payment by card only at a competitive price rounded off the experience. I recommend you take your dog to Sarah I know you won't be disappointed. (Neil, Rudheath)

Super glad I found Sarah because from the minute I met her I felt like i had known her ages. She was super friendly and sat me down and explained the grooming process. It was the first time I took Maisey to Sarah today as her usual groomers were closed during lockdown. Maisey is a Llasa Apso so she was very over grown and if it wasn’t for Sarah I don’t know what I’d of done as I was getting no joy from anyone else. I brought two Cavalier King Charles to Sarah for the first time and Sarah groomed them to a very high standard. One of the dogs is elderly and deaf and still had a great experience. Sarah groomed the dogs exactly how I asked. They looked amazing and smelt even better, we will definitely be returning. Thank you Sarah, the boys love you! Highly recommended.

Sarah service has been fantastic, she has taken time with our dog Lola as it was her first time with Sarah. Lola came out looking wonderful, and squeaky clean. Sarah advised me on the right products for Lola sensitive coat, which I have now ordered online. Sarah has put all safety measures in place in regards to Covid-19, no worries there. We surely be back soon

Where to start ... I highly recommend Sarah for all your dog grooming needs! I started my Mochi with her with the puppy package and now am on a grooming schedule. it was the best decision She is so kind and patient, very personable and you can really see that she puts her 100% into taking care of your dog. I love that she only takes 1 dog at a time so my dog is not caged before or after her groom, and that she dose not rush through the groom so that my dog feels comfortable and always comes out looking amazing. I have a Shorkie ( shih tzu Yorkie mix) who I have cut in an Asian fusion style, (which is not an easy groom and requires an appt every 3-4 weeks) and she always comes out perfect! Sarah is worth every pound, you will not be disappointed and will have the comfort of knowing your dog is being treated with the utmost care and love.

I took my Shih Tzu just 9 weeks old to Sarah and what an amazing lady she is! To start with what a fabulous groom, Oscar looked a million times better and smelt amazing.. when I picked him up he seemed very relaxed and happy enough! Sarah was so friendly offered me so much advice and nothing was too much trouble! I can’t wait for our next visit.
Social distancing was down to a T in a very calm, professional manor! I will be recommending you to everyone in future!!
